Serve You Rx, a full-service pharmacy benefit management (PBM) company, specialty pharmacy, and closed-door mail order pharmacy is seeking a Compliance Analyst II to join our Compliance team and growing company. In this role, you’ll be communicating with the state boards of pharmacies and departments of insurance and recommending and implementing policies and processes to comply with laws and regulations that govern our business. Also, you’ll get to lead efforts to maintain licensure, track and review contracts, perform internal audits to ensure corporate compliance, and deliver compliance education and training. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the PBM, pharmacy, or health insurance industry; have a Juris Doctorate degree and be able to read and know common legal terms; and have a solid understanding of HIPAA.
