One recent initiative is introducing a new call wrap-up process that will help us ensure we have addressed the caller’s needs. Our goal is clear: to provide a higher level of service to our valued members and to resolve the caller’s needs on the first contact. We have a 99% first-call resolution rate. By confirming with our members that they are happy with the outcome of their calls, we will continue to foster greater satisfaction and confidence in our services. 

Ensuring Accurate Member Profiles 

We understand the importance of maintaining up-to-date member profiles. To guarantee that we have accurate information on file, our representatives are reviewing and updating important profile details. Profile information includes details like shipping addresses, email, and the primary method of contact. This comprehensive process will help ensure our members receive prompt communication and help us prevent delays or errors.
