Serve You Rx is looking for a skilled and experienced software engineer to join the team! As a Software Engineer II, you will be working to architect, design, and develop software and technical solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will take the lead and execute architecture, design, and development of software to include requirements analysis, software design, coding, software integration, testing, debug, and maintenance. This position is located in our Milwaukee office and is open to part-time and full-time remote.

Serve You Rx is looking for an experienced Sales Executive (SE) with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a proven track record of developing and closing new PBM opportunities. We are seeking a SE with advanced consultative selling and negotiation skills with the aptitude to listen and probe for customers’ unmet needs, identify opportunities, challenge the status quo, and successfully construct and communicate solutions. Ideally, the SE exceeds new PBM business sales goals by executing effective channel selling strategies to generate opportunities through targeted approaches and coordinated cross-selling. The SE leverages personal and professional networks with brokers, TPAs, consultants, and coalitions, (They will also work closely with business partners and internal teams to ensure an organized, holistic, and customer-focused strategy that expands company relationships and services offerings. The ideal candidate is resilient, self-motivated, persuasive, and knowledgeable about PBM products and services. This position is open to remote candidates, preferably in the southeast and/or northeast.
The Director of Clinical Programs provides clinical account services for complex Serve You Rx pharmacy benefit management (PBM) clients and oversees the direction and administration of Serve You Rx clinical PBM operations. The Director will lead a team of Clinical Account Executives who develop, implement, and manage PBM clinical programs to positively impact client goals and objectives related to trend management, patient care, changing market dynamics, and education, as well as clinical support staff charged with execution of day-to-day clinical operations, including prior authorization review, ensuring timely and accurate system updates, and other service level agreements. Serve You Rx offers clinical services and strategies designed to manage drug costs, ensure appropriate drug use, and improve member outcomes. This position plays a key role in supporting Serve You Rx in reaching its mission to help clients and members have a cost efficient and money-saving way to get the prescriptions they need.
