Meet Rebecca Hohensee, VP of Client Success

Rebecca sets the strategic direction for how we engage, support, and partner with clients. This ensures service excellence from implementation through ongoing plan optimization. Known for her client-first mindset and collaborative leadership style, she leads a high-performing team that plans ahead, simplifies complexity, and translates pharmacy data into actionable insights to help clients manage costs and improve member outcomes. 

She ensures alignment among the Sales, Operations, Clinical, and Support teams by working closely with each team. This means we anticipate the client’s needs rather than simply meeting them. 

As Rebecca puts it, “Client success doesn’t live in a single department. It happens when sales, operations, clinical, and support are aligned and working toward the same goal.” 

She reflects that belief in her leadership approach, in how our client success team is structured, and in how they show up for clients every day.
